Workforce Development Resources
While some Minuteman students may decide to continue on to a 2-year or 4-year college after graduation, other students may wish to start their successful careers immediately. Our MTI Career Counselor is here to partner with each student and their family to thoroughly prepare for either step, based on that student’s individual needs and goals.
Approved Program Funding
The job training programs available through the Massachusetts JobQuest system include training opportunities currently approved for ITA, Section 30, and Trade.

Mass. Department of Career Services
The Massachusetts Department of Career Services (DCS), which is part of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, oversees the Commonwealth's network of 34 One-Stop Career Centers that assist businesses in finding qualified workers and provide job seekers with career guidance as well as referral to jobs and training.
