Refund Policy

Full refunds, minus a $50 processing fee and the non-refundable deposit and application fee, will be issued when a student withdraws his/her/their enrollment prior to August 1st. A 75% refund, minus the $25 processing fee and the non-refundable deposit, will be issued to students withdrawing prior to the fifth day of class. No refunds will be issued after the fifth day of class.

Tuition and fees collected in advance of the start date of a program that is cancelled by MTI, the student will receive, within 45 days of the planned start date, a full refund less the $20 application fee.

If a student does not begin classes or withdraws on the first day of class, the student will receive, within 45 days of the planned start date, a full refund less the $20 application fee and an $80 cancellation fee.

Students who have not visited MTI prior to enrollment can withdraw without penalty within three days following orientation or a tour of the facilities and inspection of equipment.

A student may withdraw from the program for any reason.  Upon withdrawal, the student must notify the Executive Director in writing of their decision to withdraw.  Students may be obligated to pay the full tuition amount, even if the student withdraws before the completion of the program.
